1 Gallon Water
1 Bottle Simple Syrup
1 or 2 Cups Sugar
Instructions
Boil 1 gallon water
Add 4 cups dried sorrel to hot water
Add blended ginger roots to water
Cover and let sit overnight
Strain content with fine strainer
Add simple sugar and brown sugar
3 Sprigs of Fresh Mint
3 Lemons or Lime
1/2 Gallon Water
1/2 small Ginger Root
Prepare the Mint
Wash Peppermint
Crush with bottom of a clean glass
Add hot water to mint and let sit
Strain mint after 10 minutes
Add liquid to water and lemon
Prepare the Ginger Root
Blend ginger
Add Hot water and let sit
Strain ginger after 10 minutes
Add ginger juice to liquid

2 Peaches
4 guava or 1 bottle guava nectar
1/4 Papaya (Optional)
1 Small Ginger Root
1/2 to 1 Cup Sugar
Blend, strain, sweeten and enjoy
