We Do More Than Run and Jump 

Summer Track and field

Grades 6 to 12

Disclaimer - Everyone will not get the same results

The summer track program starts the second Monday in May and ends with the Junior Olympics. Practices are from 6:00 to 8:00 in the evenings, Mondays to Fridays


All members of the coaching staff are very experienced and have had great successes


Only serious athletes will be considered as this is not a recreation league. All athletes will be required to compete in summer meets


There is a maximum of 30 athletes in any given season, which means that space will be available when someone graduates or moves on


What we offer

  • Event Specific Training
  • College Planning for Rising Juniors and Seniors
  • 5 days a week for 12 weeks - Mondays through Fridays
  • Personalized Training, not one size fits all
  • Video Analysis

All athletes are responsible for uniforms, USAT, AAU registration fees, and meet entry fees

Other Services Offered

Individual and Small Group training

Small group training (5 athletes) - $50/session (90 minutes)

Individual training sessions - $90 (90 minutes)
